Job Overview

We are looking for a Project Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects across all departments at Magical Balloons. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, client management, leadership, and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and teams efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor projects across all departments.
• Act as the primary coordination point between clients, internal teams, and management.
• Communicate with clients, understand requirements, provide updates, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Assign tasks, track deadlines, and follow up with team members to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage client expectations and address project-related queries or concerns professionally.
• Identify delays or issues and coordinate with the concerned teams to resolve them.
• Lead and motivate teams to achieve project targets and maintain quality standards.
• Monitor project and team performance and suggest ways to improve productivity.
• Maintain project status, timelines, and regular updates for management.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time and as per client requirements.
