Property Advisor

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to Buy, Sell and Rent properties.
• Understand clients’ property requirements, budget and preferred location.
• Call and follow up with prospective clients and generate leads.
• Arrange and conduct property site visits.
• Explain property details, pricing, amenities and other relevant information to clients.
• Coordinate between property owners, buyers, tenants and the company.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, clients and property details.
• Follow up regularly with clients to convert leads into successful deals.
• Assist clients throughout the property buying, selling or renting process.
• Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Keep updated with local property market trends and available inventory.

Required Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
• Ability to handle clients professionally.
• Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
