Position: Sales Associate – Apprentice/ Sales Associate / Fashion Consultant / Beauty Advisor

Location: Mumbai (Near to Candidate Location)

Experience: Fresher & Experienced Candidates

Qualification: Minimum 10th Pass

Salary & Benefits:

• For Fresher: 13000 To 15000 +PF + ESIC+ Bonus+ Incentive
• For Experience: 15000 To 23000 + PF +ESIC +Bonus + Incentive

Age: 18 To 28 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic, well-groomed, and customer-oriented candidates to join the retail sales team. The selected candidates will be responsible for assisting customers, product presentation, sales, customer service, and supporting day-to-day store operations.

Candidates with relevant experience in retail sales, jewellery sales, fashion, beauty, or cosmetics will be preferred for suitable positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in the store.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain proper product displays and merchandise presentation.
• Ensure products are properly arranged and readily available.
• Support daily store operations and inventory-related activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and overall store standards.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
• Follow company policies, grooming standards, and customer service guidelines.

• Retail/Sales experience will be an added advantage.
• Jewellery sales experience preferred for Fashion Consultant.
• Beauty/Cosmetics experience or certification preferred for Beauty Advisor.
• Candidates should be comfortable working 9.5 hours per day, including 1 hour lunch break and 30 minutes tea break.
