Sales and Marketing Executive

Trueno is an electric two wheeler company based in Andheri, Mumbai. We give electric two wheelers on rent, sell them and also service the e bikes. This is a high growth job opportunity where we are looking for a smart, energetic and highly work-oriented Sales & Customer Operations Executive who can handle sales calls, aggressively follow up with leads, convert walk-ins, manage rental and service customers, coordinate KYC/documentation and vehicle handovers, follow up on rental, sales and repair payments, handle customer calls and complaints, and coordinate internally until every issue is resolved. The person should be proactive, commercially minded, persistent and willing to take ownership, rather than someone who waits for instructions at every step. We are looking for someone who is focused on learning, performance, customer satisfaction and getting results, and who understands that in a growing business, responsibilities may extend beyond a fixed routine and sometimes require staying back or putting in extra effort to complete important work. We value work orientation, ownership and results over being strictly salary- or timing-minded.
