Job Description
·Manage and update all leads, inquiries, customer interactions, quotations, and follow-up activities in the CRM system on a real-time basis, ensuring complete and accurate data entry.
·Track incoming inquiries, assign them to the appropriate Sales Manager based on product segment, and monitor the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and zero lead leakage.
·Prepare, coordinate, and maintain proper documentation of quotations, orders, customer communications, transaction history, and conversion status in alignment with Sales Managers.
·Coordinate with customers for inquiries, follow-ups, information exchange, and basic issue resolution by liaising with internal teams.
·Support Sales Managers in daily operations, including scheduling meetings, tracking quotation-to-order conversions, highlighting delays or gaps, and ensuring adherence to defined sales processes and operational guidelines.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on leads, pipeline status, conversions, and coordinate with the Order Follow-up team for smooth execution after order confirmation.
