Recruit insurance Financial advisors for Life Insurance
Train and motivate advisors
Generate life insurance business through team
Achieve monthly sales target
Handle field work and branch activities
Conduct meetings and activities
Criteria :
Graduation Mandatory
1+ year in Field Sales Exp (Proper Doc. req from past companies)
Age - 24 to 40
Same City Exp from past 2 to 3 Years
and CTC is 4.5 max
any Open Market Sales Exp can apply with good communication and personality
