Job Description

Team Leader – Loan Sales | Kwick Fin Solutions Experience: 1–2 years | Location: Mumbai

  • Lead and manage the loan sales team and achieve monthly targets.
  • Generate and convert leads for Business Loans, Unsecured Loans, LAP & Home Loans.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to login, sanction and disbursement.
  • Build relationships with CAs, connectors, DSAs, customers, banks and NBFCs.
  • Monitor team performance, pipeline and daily sales activities.
  • Coordinate with Credit & Operations teams for smooth case processing.
  • Coach and motivate the team to improve conversions and productivity.

Candidate Profile: Strong communication, sales leadership, target-oriented approach and experience in banking/NBFC/DSA loan sales.
