Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesTele SalesMake daily outbound sales calls to new prospects.
- Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
- Promote OLAMOR products and explain their features and benefits.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up regularly with prospects until closure.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to increase order value.
- Build relationships with salons, distributors, retailers, beauticians, and direct consumers.
- Maintain detailed call records and sales updates in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management.
- Customer CareHandle inbound customer calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and inquiries professionally.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
- Track customer issues until complete resolution.
- Provide product information, usage guidance, pricing, offers, and order updates.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases.
- Handle warranty, replacement, and return requests as per company policy.
- Maintain positive customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Lead ManagementContact all assigned leads within the stipulated time.
- Maintain accurate records of lead status.
- Ensure no lead remains unattended.
- Reactivate inactive customers through regular follow-up campaigns.
- Generate referrals from satisfied customers.
- Sales ReportingSubmit Daily Call Reports (DCR).
- Maintain daily sales and follow-up reports.
- Update CRM with call outcomes and customer interactions.
- Report competitor activities and customer feedback.
