Social Media Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic and self-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team in Dahisar West, Mumbai.

This is not a routine social media job. We are looking for someone who can think creatively, create quality content and take ownership of execution.

You will work closely with the Founder & CEO and get the opportunity to be involved in content creation, social media and day-to-day creative activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.

• Shoot Reels, Shorts and other videos using a smartphone.

• Edit short-form videos and Reels.

• Design posts, carousels and Stories using Canva.

• Develop creative content ideas, hooks, captions and concepts.

• Stay updated with social media trends and apply relevant trends creatively.

• Manage and schedule social media content.

• Assist with photography and videography for meetings, events and activities.

• Monitor basic social media performance and suggest improvements.

• Maintain a consistent and professional social media presence.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong creativity and a good understanding of social media content.

• Ability to shoot and edit videos independently.

• Good knowledge of Canva and video editing tools such as CapCut, VN or Premiere Pro.

• Understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts and other short-form content.

• Good communication and writing skills.

• Someone who takes initiative and can bring new ideas to the table.

• Someone who is comfortable working closely with the Founder & CEO.

• Previous work samples, portfolio or social media work will be highly preferred.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000+ per month, depending on skills, creativity and experience
