Job Description
Telesales KRA – Trip Deal
* Handle incoming travel leads & inquiries
* Achieve monthly sales & booking targets
* Daily follow-up with clients via calls & WhatsApp
* Convert leads into confirmed bookings
* Maintain proper CRM/customer data updates
* Upsell flights, visas, insurance & activities
* Provide accurate package information
* Coordinate with operations for smooth bookings
* Maintain customer satisfaction & repeat business
* Submit daily sales & follow-up reports
