Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:

We are hiring a motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to customers or prospects, handling inbound inquiries, promoting products or services, and maintaining customer relationships. You will play a key role in generating leads, closing sales, or providing customer support, depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products, services, or promotions.

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.

Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and call outcomes.

Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.

Handle customer complaints or escalations effectively and professionally.

Update customer databases and ensure data accuracy.

Collaborate with sales or customer support teams to improve overall performance.

Requirements:

Education: Minimum 10+2; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.

Skills:

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).

Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
