b SummaryWe are looking for a confident and energetic Telecalling Executive to contact potential and existing customers, explain our products, answer customer queries, and convert leads into sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a customer-first approach.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCall new and existing customers from the provided database.
- Explain product features, offers, and benefits clearly.
- Convert leads into successful sales.
- Follow up with interested customers via calls and WhatsApp.
- Handle customer objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing.
- Build long-term customer relationships for repeat purchases.
