Job Description
Infinity Systems is a 23 Year IT Company. We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to work in our Accounts Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
- Assist in preparing invoices, bills, and bank reconciliation statements.
- Support in handling accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Ensure timely posting of entries in accounting software Tally.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding payments and outstanding balances.
- Support in preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong accounting knowledge may apply).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software Tally ERP.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
