Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 Years
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Executive to join our team and manage day-to-day HR operations.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment and hiring
- Source and screen candidates through job portals and other channels
- Schedule and conduct initial interviews
- Manage employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain attendance, employee records and HR databases
- Handle employee queries and coordinate with management
- Assist with payroll, leave and HR-related activities
- Support employee engagement and company policies
- RequirementsGraduate in HR, Business Administration or a related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace
- Prior experience in HR recruitment will be preferred
