Job Description
1. Inspection of raw materials
2. Inspecting the first piece and regular interval of product
3. Conducting final stage inspection
4. To conduct a gap analysis of a quality process improvement
system.
5. Amending/preparing documents, forms, formats
and SOPs as required for quality process improvement
6. Guiding, implementing and reviewing quality process
improvement systems.
7. Attending and handling customer complaints with
documentation.
8. Assisting in preparation of PPAP documents.
9. To implement raw material colour coding and FIFO system.
10. Creation of material identification and labelling system
related to all stages.
11. To update daily production data.
12. To update all stage inspection reports
13. To check records of defective goods
14. Creation of technical database.
15. Handling calibration activities.
16. Supplier Test Certificate Verification
17. Identify improvement points on the shop floor.
18. Participate in process improvement initiatives.
19. Training of employees
