What would you do? We help clients address quality and productivity issues, keep pace with customer expectations, navigate regulatory and operational pressures and ensure business sustainability by transforming their banking operations into an agile, resilient operating model. Retail Banking – Private Banking & Wealth is responsible for managing and mitigating financial and operational risks. This includes helping clients address quality and productivity issues, keeping pace with evolving customer expectations, navigating regulatory and operational pressures, and driving sustainability by transforming banking operations into agile and resilient models. Roles and Responsibilities • In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines Your primary interaction is within your own team and your direct supervisor In this role you will be given detailed instructions on all tasks The decisions that you make impact your own work and are closely supervised You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts Develop and deliver core banking solutions for the applications that process the essential functions of banks, including account management, interest calculations, cash deposits and withdrawals processing, customer management and product management.
What are we looking for? Requirements: • Educated to Degree Level • Familiar with a wide range of external data sources and third-party systems to be covered as a part of the due diligence process. • Relevant financial service experience, ideally within core banking. • A good understanding of effective risk management • Experience of working with high risk client groups • Knowledge of the regulatory environment is highly desirable • Strong analytical ability and attention to detail and strong research skills and experience with the Internet and on-line research systems • Detail oriented, with the ability to work independently and multi-task effectively • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Flexible to work in rotation shifts, time management, and ability to prioritize and work effectively to tight deadlines •Years of Experience: 1+ year in Banking operations
Roles and Responsibilities: •Responsibilities You will begin in the Private Contracting teams, where you will build strong knowledge of contracts, contracting processes, and related client documentation. Client and banker support • Collaborate with Private Bankers to ensure smooth dossier handling by email. • Prepare new dossiers and amendments to existing agreements for Private clients, including account openings, patrimonial agreements, wealth management contracts, pricing arrangements, and option conventions. • Compile complete documentation packages for each dossier and share them with the Private Banker. Contract administration and follow-up • Review and verify signed documents so agreements can be activated and archived for Private and Wealth clients. • Handle administrative liquidations and manage contracts related to estates. • Oversee the renewal of investor profiles. Continuous improvement • Proactively identify process issues, suggest practical solutions, and contribute to ongoing improvements within the team
