Project Role : Business Process Architect
Project Role Description : Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.
Must have skills : SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS)

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, your day involves designing comprehensive business processes that align with organizational goals and performance standards. You collaborate closely with various stakeholders to develop detailed process blueprints and ensure that all functional requirements are clearly defined and met. Your role includes facilitating quality management reviews and guiding teams to fully understand the process designs. You play a pivotal role in translating business needs into actionable plans that support operational efficiency and continuous improvement across the organization.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process frameworks to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between technical and business teams to ensure seamless process integration.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS).
- Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize business processes within the SAP environment.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ability to develop and maintain detailed process documentation and performance metrics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex challenges in production planning and scheduling.
- Effective communication skills to educate and engage stakeholders at various organizational levels.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS).
- This position is based at our M2B - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
