Container Sales Compliance Specialist

Supports container sales compliance activities by assisting with monitoring compliance governance and process and ensuring documentation aligns with internal policies. Identify and escalate potential risks while contributing to reporting, process improvements, and coordination with cross-functional teams.

• Assist the Compliance Manager in conducting routine compliance checks and audits of container sales transactions and customer files
• Review customs documentation for completeness and alignment with internal policies and approval requirements
• Monitor activities to identify potential compliance risks, control gaps, or policy irregularities and escalate as needed
• Support customer onboarding governance, including due diligence and documentation checks
• Maintain accurate records of audit findings, compliance reviews, and supporting documentation
• Assist in preparing compliance reports, dashboards, and status updates for stakeholders
• Contribute to process improvements and coordinate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Tax, Finance, Sales, Customer Service)
• Support audit readiness and help ensure accuracy and quality of compliance documentation
