Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Talent & HR Practice involves implementing strategies for recruiting, developing, and retaining employees. This includes managing hiring processes, employee training, and career development programs. The goal is to foster a productive and engaged workforce. Responsibilities also include developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role is crucial for creating a positive and effective work environment. Configure, populate, initiate, and manage performance reviews as well as ongoing feedback, for an organization.
What are we looking for? JOB DESCRIPTION Talent & HR Career Level - 5 Role Summary 1. Account-Level Service Delivery Ownership o Lead delivery of HR Shared Services across Core HR, Talent Acquisition operations, Case Management, HRIS support, Total Rewards, Reporting & analytics, Talent Development etc. o Ensure contractual SLA / OLA compliance o Maintain delivery stability across geographies o Act as escalation authority for complex service risks o Accountable for team performance. Responsibilities include workforce planning, competency building, Succession pipeline & service maturity improvement 2. Productivity & Commercial Performance Ownership o Deliver committed productivity targets o Drive automation adoption o Optimize pyramid and location strategy o Improve cost-to-serve metrics o Support margin expansion initiatives o Identify revenue expansion opportunities within account 3. HR Transformation & Automation Leadership o Lead/Support implementation of: o RPA / AI / Agentic automation o Operating model redesign o Process standardization and Harmonization o Translate transformation roadmap into measurable outcomes. 4. Executive Stakeholder Engagement o Engage regularly with HR Operations leaders, Vendor teams, and Clients. o Operate as trusted a Application Knowledge: ? Knowledge of HCMs and ATS like SuccessFactors, Workday and Case mgmt tools like ServiceNow, Zendesk ? Good Knowledge of Gen AI & Agentic framework & Practices. Should have some experience in implementing Gen AI/Agentic solutions in HR domain ? Professional certifications in HR, project management (e.g., PMP), or technology platforms (e.g., Workday Certified) are advantageous. Skills Required: ? Experience in managing US region clients ? Experience in managing large scale Talent Acquisition for US clients ? Experience in managing end to end HR delivery of Global shared services with deep expertise of North American geography ? Deep consulting, advisory, and Operations background with a track record of impressing clients through authoritative expertise and sharp, practical insight ? Demonstrated ability to interact with, influence, and manage senior client stakeholders — including CHROs, SVPs, and VPs — with the executive presence and credibility to drive alignment and build lasting relationships at the highest levels of client organizations ? Deep Experience of managing large global multi-functionary HR and technology teams
