Fitness Sales & Marketing Executive

Reception cum Sales and Marketing Executive . Since it is Best Fitness Studio, Candidate need to be physically Fit , pleasant personality and understand the importance of workout/ exercising.

Roles and Responsibilities

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

 Complementary Studio Membership worth Rs 6250/ month.

§ Maintain coordination between the management, sales , and operations.

§ Contribute to maintaining employee relationships and identifying areas for improvement.

§ Ensure efficient use of software tools and MS Excel for HR activities.

§ Support the development and implementation of organizational policies.

§ Conduct customer calls to identify needs and provide solutions.

§ Maintain and update the client database, ensuring regular follow-ups.

§ Build and sustain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying potential new clients.

§ Develop domain-specific sales plans and propose targets aligned with business objectives.

§ Participate in strategic decisions related to business expansion and growth.

§ Collaborate with business leaders to determine sales plans that meet organizational needs.

§ Innovate and suggest new ways to enhance programs and services.

§ Demonstrate excellent negotiation and analytical skills to achieve objectives.

§ Prepare and deliver impactful presentations as required.

§ Prioritize tasks effectively, maintaining strong organizational skills.

§ Remain self-motivated and proactive in achieving targets.

Requirements:

§ Strong command of the English language.

§ Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software.

§ Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

§ Ability to adapt to rotational shifts and manage time efficiently.
