Fund Servicing Associate II

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting books, records, and securities positions for assigned funds in accordance with established accounting policies and control frameworks.
• Execute daily fund servicing activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to client deadlines and service level agreements.
• Review, investigate, and resolve accounting exceptions, reconciliation breaks, and transaction discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Partner with Operations, Technology, Product, Sales, Program Management, and other business stakeholders to support fund servicing deliverables and business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with operational controls, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify operational risks, control gaps, and process inefficiencies and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Support the implementation of process enhancements, automation initiatives, and operational transformation programs.
• Participate in projects, business initiatives, and strategic programs supporting growth and operational efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Fund Accounting, Fund Administration, Asset Servicing, or Investment Operations.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, securities processing, and fund accounting operations.
• Experience maintaining accounting records and supporting complex fund structures and investment transactions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve operational exceptions and reconciliation breaks.
• Demonstrated experience operating within a controlled environment with a strong focus on risk management and compliance.
• Knowledge of operational controls, governance frameworks, and risk mitigation practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience supporting NAV calculations, fund valuation, financial reporting, custody operations, or fund administration activities.
• Exposure to process automation, workflow optimization, and operational transformation initiatives.
• Experience working across multiple financial services functions or business lines.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change across teams and operational processes.
• Professional certifications such as CA, CFA, CPA, ACCA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent industry expertise.
• Experience supporting operational risk and control programs within investment operations environments.
