Job Title: Lead TA Partner

Location: Mumbai  

Join our team as a Lead TA Partner (Individual Contributor) and play a pivotal role in driving end to end recruitment for the Commercial business function. You will be responsible for designing effective hiring strategies, building strong talent pipelines, and partnering closely with business stakeholders to fulfill our hiring needs. Your ability to manage multiple priorities, provide market insights, and ensure a seamless candidate experience will be critical in strengthening our talent acquisition function.

By staying updated on industry and talent trends and leveraging best in class recruitment practices, you will contribute to continuous improvements within the hiring process and support broader talent initiatives across the organization.

 

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners, providing market intelligence, talent insights, and recommendations on hiring strategies.
  • Independently design and execute sourcing strategies for the respective business unit, including brainstorming with the team to identify additional channels.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle autonomously, sourcing, screening, evaluating, and selecting candidates while escalating risks or challenges when needed.
  • Share weekly hiring updates with stakeholders, proactively seeking feedback, and ensuring transparent, consistent communication.
  • Collaborate with the Team Leader to create and execute recovery plans for critical or delayed roles.
  • Maintain high accuracy in ATS data processing; generate dashboards, analyze hiring metrics, and present insights for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a compelling pitch about the company and business unit; continuously enhance business acumen and selling techniques.
  • Support employer branding initiatives including social media engagement, EVP communication, and participation in hiring events or career fairs.
  • Work with Market, Regional, and Global TA teams on projects that enhance recruitment processes, systems, and tools.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills across all interactions, candidate, stakeholder, and cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct market research on talent availability, competitor activity, and potential events, present insights and recommendations to the team.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Non Technology ,  Commercial Sales,  Corporate business hiring, with full-time UG/PG; HR qualification preferred.
  • Strong expertise using sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, networking channels).
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools; strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and HR partners across multiple levels.
  • Strong skills in analyzing recruitment metrics and generating insights to improve processes.
  • Experience supporting employer branding activities and using social media for talent engagement.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and operate independently in a fast paced environment.
  • Adaptability, continuous learning mindset, and openness to change.
  • Strong attention to detail with high standards of accuracy in data management.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team structure.
