Summary:
In the role of Responsible AI Tech Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the ethical deployment and management of artificial intelligence technologies within the organization. This includes designing and implementing solutions that prioritize responsible AI practices, ensuring alignment with both ethical standards and regulatory frameworks. The role requires active leadership and collaboration across various teams to promote the adoption of ethical AI principles. The individual will also engage in strategic discussions to guide AI initiatives, fostering a culture of accountability and transparency in AI development and usage.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to integrate ethical considerations into AI project lifecycles.
- Mentor and support junior team members to build expertise in responsible AI practices.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of AI ethics.
- Drive continuous improvement in AI governance and compliance processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure AI foundry, Microsoft Azure Machine Learning, Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Machine Learning, Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.
- Strong knowledge of AI ethics frameworks and regulatory requirements related to artificial intelligence.
- Experience in designing and deploying AI solutions with a focus on transparency, fairness, and accountability.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex AI projects.
- Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms and tools for scalable AI deployment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure AI foundry.
- This position is based at our M2B - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
