Job Summary

As a Manager at GlobeOp India, you will be responsible for leading a team, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services or projects in line with organizational goals. You will play a key role in team development, performance management, and process optimization within your designated area.

Job Responsibilities

* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
* Manage daily operational workflows, ensuring adherence to established procedures, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards.
* Oversee the allocation of resources, including personnel and tools, to optimize productivity and meet project deadlines.
* Monitor team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance reviews.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and improve service delivery.
* Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic initiatives and departmental objectives.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
* Act as a point of escalation for complex issues, resolving problems effectively and communicating resolutions to relevant stakeholders.
* Prepare and present reports on team performance, project status, and operational metrics to management.
* Participate in talent acquisition, onboarding, and training of new team members.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, Computer Science). Master's degree preferred.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in a professional work environment, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
* Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire a team to achieve targets and objectives.
* Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices, with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a proactive approach to challenges.
* Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, project management software, industry-specific applications).
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Experience working in the financial services or technology sector is a significant advantage.
