Job Duties
- Under general supervision, manages SAP process and provides technical and operational expertise to internal and external customers.
- Interfaces with Business Development, Technology and Operations to research equipment and solutions, contribute to development of procedures and provides support throughout the execution of work.
- Evaluates processes, revises procedures, and or devises new method to improve efficiency of work flow.
- Will serve as a back-up to a Service Coordinator in his absence.
- Detailed technical knowledge and application of products in Product Service Lines (PSL's) is required.
- Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
- Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines.
- Promotes and takes an active part in quality improvement process.
Qualifications
Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and 5 or more years of experience in PSL operations (e.g., in a Service Leader role).
