Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Hostel में रहने वाले विद्यार्थियों की सुरक्षा, अनुशासन, welfare और overall well-being की जिम्मेदारी।
- Morning wake-up से लेकर night routine तक विद्यार्थियों की daily activities की supervision।
- Hostel attendance, roll call, study hours, meals, recreation, bedtime एवं daily routine को monitor करना।
- विद्यार्थियों के व्यवहार, discipline और hostel rules का पालन सुनिश्चित करना।
- किसी भी emergency, illness, accident या अन्य महत्वपूर्ण स्थिति में तत्काल आवश्यक action लेना तथा school management/parents को सूचित करना।
- Hostel premises, rooms, washrooms एवं common areas की cleanliness और proper maintenance पर निगरानी।
- Students की academic, emotional एवं personal concerns को सुनना और आवश्यकता पड़ने पर concerned teacher/management को report करना।
- Hostel staff, housekeeping, security और support staff के साथ coordination।
- Hostel registers, attendance records, incident reports एवं अन्य आवश्यक records maintain करना।
- विद्यार्थियों के साथ guardian-like care, discipline और positive behaviour बनाए रखना।
- रात के समय hostel में on-call / emergency availability सुनिश्चित करना।
