Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement & QS Engineer to manage procurement, vendor coordination, quantity surveying, cost control, and contract administration for our construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely procurement of materials and services while maintaining project budgets and quality standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProcurementPrepare material requisitions based on approved drawings and BOQs.
• Float RFQs to vendors and subcontractors.
• Compare quotations (technical & commercial) and prepare comparative statements.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Issue purchase orders and work orders.
• Develop and maintain a reliable vendor and subcontractor database.
• Coordinate with site engineers to ensure timely material delivery.
• Monitor procurement schedules to avoid project delays.
• Quantity Surveying (QS)Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings.
• Verify BOQs and estimate material quantities.
• Prepare rate analysis and cost estimates.
• Track project costs against budgets.
• Measure subcontractor work and certify bills.
• Prepare client RA bills and subcontractor payment recommendations.
• Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
• Assist in preparing project budgets and cost reports.
• Contracts & DocumentationPrepare purchase orders, subcontract agreements, and work orders.
• Maintain procurement records, vendor documents, and contracts.
• Coordinate with accounts for invoice verification and payment processing.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 3–8 years of experience in procurement and quantity surveying in the construction industry.
• Experience in residential, villa, apartment, or commercial building projects.
• Strong understanding of BOQs, rate analysis, and construction materials.
• Technical SkillsAutoCAD (preferred)
