The engineer continuously monitors progress, adapts to changing needs, and drives the successful delivery of software solutions through effective communication and collaboration.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Continuously update knowledge on emerging technologies and best practices to enhance application performance.
- Support junior team members by sharing expertise and providing guidance on technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM).
- Strong understanding of software configuration and customization within the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience in managing software asset lifecycle processes and compliance tracking.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to software asset management.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration strategies within enterprise environments.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess system performance and recommend improvements.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM).
- This position is based at our Nagpur office.
