Driver Cum Office Boy

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle local customer deliveries and pickups, approximately 5 deliveries per day.
2. Safely and responsibly handle packages/documents during deliveries.
3. Ride a two-wheeler confidently and safely for local travel.
4. Carry out general office support activities.
5. Pack customer orders and prepare them for dispatch/delivery.
6. Arrange and organize products, office materials and files.
7. Print, scan and photocopy documents.
8. Perform basic computer-related tasks such as data entry, file management and document handling.
9. Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the office/showroom work area.
10. Assist the showroom team with day-to-day operational requirements.
11. Handle other office-related tasks as assigned by the showroom manager.

Requirements

1. Valid two-wheeler driving licence is compulsory.
2. Must be confident and experienced in riding a two-wheeler.
3. Basic computer knowledge is required.
4. Should know how to use email, printing/scanning and basic office applications.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Good speaking and communication skills in Hindi and English will be preferred.
7. A pleasant personality, well-groomed appearance and clean, presentable look will be an added advantage, as the role involves occasional interaction with customers.
8. Should be punctual, disciplined, honest and responsible.
9. Ability to drive a car will be an added advantage.
10. Previous experience in office assistance, delivery, retail or showroom operations will be preferred.
