Job Description

Inside Sales Associate – B2B Sales

Role Overview

We are looking for a target-oriented Inside Sales Associate to handle B2B lead generation,

client pitching, follow-ups, and sales conversion through calls and online communication.


  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and qualify B2B leads through outbound calls and online sources.
  • Pitch Hoora’s products/services to potential business clients.
  • Understand client requirements and handle sales queries.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain the sales pipeline.
  • Negotiate and close B2B deals.
  • Maintain lead/customer records and daily sales reports.
  • Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Candidate RequirementsGraduate / MBA preferred.
  • 0–2 years of B2B/Inside Sales experience; freshers with strong sales skills can apply.
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills.
  • Strong follow-up, negotiation, and closing ability.
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM, Google Sheets/Excel.
