Jewellery Sales Associate

• Achieve individual and team sales targets as assigned by the management.
• Welcome every customer professionally and provide a premium shopping experience.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
• Demonstrate product features, craftsmanship, quality, certifications, and pricing confidently.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products to maximize customer value.
• Convert customer inquiries into successful sales through effective communication and relationship building.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

2. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Collect and update customer information accurately in the CRM/database.
• Conduct follow-up calls for pending sales, enquiries, anniversaries, birthdays, and festive occasions.
• Promote company schemes such as SIP, exchange offers, festive schemes, and promotional campaigns.
• Encourage repeat business and customer referrals.
• Ensure products are displayed neatly and attractively as per guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of counters, showcases, and display trays.
• Ensure proper floor discipline and customer etiquette during customer interactions.
• Keep showcases organized throughout the day.
• Conduct daily opening and closing stock verification.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and security of jewellery items.
• Billing & Sales Documentation
• Coordinate with the billing team to ensure accurate invoicing.

Be willing to work during weekends, public holidays, and extended business hours during festivals and special events.
