Job Description
Sebyx Ventures is a Consulting & Sales Performance training firm running premium weekend masterclasses for sales professionals.
Role
- Reach out to sales professionals in retail and early-career roles
- Guide them into our paid weekend masterclasses
- Conduct field visits to stores, malls and offices in Nagpur
- Handle conversations on call, WhatsApp and in person
Requirements
- Confident personality and clear communication
- Comfortable with field visits and meeting new people
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Fluent Hindi and basic English
- Marathi is an advantage
- 1–3 years experience in sales, counselling or business development preferred
Compensation
- Fixed: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
- Performance incentive: ₹800 – ₹1,000 per confirmed paid enrolment
- Higher earnings possible based on performance
