Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and technically sound Civil Engineer to manage construction activities for our residential projects, premium cottages, villas and land development projects in Mukteshwar.

The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality control, contractor and labour management, material planning, measurements, documentation and timely completion of projects.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesSite Supervision
2. 
   

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
• Ensure construction is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and project plans.
• Monitor RCC, foundation, masonry, plastering, flooring, roofing, waterproofing and finishing works.
• Check line, level, alignment and dimensions at every stage.

1. Drawing & Technical Work

• Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants and contractors.
• Identify drawing discrepancies and resolve technical issues at site.
• Prepare and maintain measurements, BOQs and quantity calculations.

1. Quality Control
2. 
   

• Inspect construction materials and workmanship.
• Ensure proper quality of cement, steel, concrete, bricks/blocks, aggregates and finishing materials.
• Check reinforcement and shuttering before concreting.
• Ensure work follows required engineering standards and project specifications. (Indeed)

1. Contractor & Labour Management

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and labour teams.
• Allocate daily work and monitor manpower productivity.
• Verify completed work and contractor measurements before billing.
• Maintain daily labour and work-progress records.

1. Material Management

• Prepare material requirements according to the construction schedule.
• Monitor material receipt, consumption, stock and wastage.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery.
• Ensure materials are stored properly at the site.

1. Project Planning & Reporting
2. 
   

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Track construction milestones and project timelines.
• Highlight delays, technical problems and additional requirements to management.
• Maintain site diary, measurement sheets and other project documentation. (JNCASTR)

1. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure workers follow construction-site safety procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections.
• Identify potential safety and construction risks and take preventive action.
• Ensure construction activities comply with applicable regulations and approved plans.
