Job Description

  1. Client Onboarding: Guide new broadband or enterprise fiber customers through installation verification, router setup, and account portal activation.
  2. Proactive Engagement: Conduct routine check-ins with high-value or business accounts to monitor connection quality, bandwidth adequacy, and service satisfaction.
  3. Issue Escalation: Partner with technical support and field engineering teams to fast-track resolution for persistent internet outages or speed throttling.
  4. Retention & Renewals: Identify accounts showing low usage or frequent complaints, executing save-strategies to prevent subscription cancellation.
  5. Upselling Services: Recommend higher-tier speed plans, static IP addresses, or bundled enterprise solutions based on customer usage data.
  6. Feedback Collection: Gather subscriber feedback on network performance and relay insights to product and network operations teams.
