We operate three retail outlets:

1. Phonewale

2. Parth Mobile SHOPEE

3. Prestige Xclusive Store

Working Hours

🕙 Daily working time: 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM

Employees are expected to be punctual and available during the assigned working hours. Weekly off and break timings will be as per company policy.

Important: Work Across All Three Stores

Our employees may be required to work at any of our three retail outlets depending on business requirements, staff availability, and management instructions.

Candidates should be comfortable with this requirement before accepting the job.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Handling

* Welcome customers professionally.

* Understand customer requirements.

* Explain products, features, prices and offers.

* Help customers choose the right product.

* Maintain good customer relationships.

2. Sales

* Achieve assigned sales targets.

* Promote smartphones, accessories, appliances and other products.

* Explain EMI, exchange and promotional offers.

* Generate repeat and referral business.

3. Product Knowledge

Employees are expected to continuously learn about:

* Smartphones and new launches

* Mobile accessories

* Smartwatches and earbuds

* Consumer electronics

* Prestige kitchen appliances

* Offers, EMI and exchange schemes

4. Store Operations

Employees may be required to:

* Arrange and display products.

* Maintain store cleanliness and presentation.

* Check stock and assist with inventory.

* Support billing and packing when required.

* Maintain proper product handling and documentation.

5. Customer Service & After-Sales Support

* Assist customers after purchase.

* Coordinate service-related requirements.

* Handle customer queries politely and professionally.

* Maintain long-term customer relationships.
