Job Description
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database and other lead sources.
Explain project details, property features, pricing, and ongoing offers to potential buyers.
Qualify leads by understanding customers' requirements, budget, and preferred location.
Generate and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
Follow up regularly with prospective customers to nurture leads and maximize conversions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding lead status and customer feedback.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
Ensure a professional and positive customer experience during all interactions.
