Job Description

RTS – Retail Telesales

Designation: Telecaller

Process: 100% Voice, Outbound

Eligibility: HSC / Graduate, Freshers welcome

Language: Hindi & English

Skills: Basic sales & insurance knowledge (preferred)

Responsibilities

Outbound sales calls

Explain insurance products

Convert leads to sales

Customer relationship building

Shift

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

6 days working

Sunday fixed off

Salary

Fresher: ₹16,000 in-hand | CTC ₹2.53 LPA

Experienced: Up to ₹18,000 in-hand | CTC ₹2.75 LPA
