Job Description

Field Visits: Travel to customer locations or business sites within an assigned zone to follow up on overdue bills or EMIs.

Debt Recovery: Negotiate repayment terms and collect pending dues via cash, cheque, or digital transfers safely.

Record Keeping: Update daily visit reports, collection statuses, and customer feedback into the company system or CRM.

Target Achievement: Meet monthly recovery and resolution goals set by the finance or banking institution.

Policy Compliance: Follow legal collection guidelines and maintain professional behavior during all customer interactions. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8]
