Assistant Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead & Driver Operations Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage the driver team, ensuring effective coordination and service delivery.
• Manage driver hiring, onboarding, and training to meet evolving business requirements.

2. Service Centre Management & Stakeholder Engagement

• Build strong relationships with key service centre leaders and partners and act as the primary escalation point.
• Collaborate with partners to reduce turnaround times and enhance customer experience.

3. Driver Performance Management & Operational Excellence

• Monitor driver performance and ensure required service levels and KPIs are consistently met.
• Review service centre-wise KPIs and ensure on-time performance targets are achieved.
• Ensure strict adherence to operational processes and vehicle pick-up and drop-off protocols.
• Prepare Excel-based reports and dashboards to track performance, efficiency, and management insights.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred) with minimum 4 years relevant experience.

( individuals with 2/3 years experince an apply for Lead Ops Support position)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English)
• Good command of basic computer tools (Excel, email, WhatsApp, CRMs)
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Experience in managing field teams or blue-collar staff is a plus
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required
