Billing Executive

·      Generate accurate invoices

·      Process credit memos for returns, quality claims, or pricing adjustments

·      Verify delivery documentation against purchase orders before billing

·      Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to confirm paper grade, GSM (grams per square meter), quantity, and specifications

·      Calculate billing based on weight measurements (tonnes/reams), dimensions, and agreed pricing terms

·      Process billing for various paper with accurate unit conversions.

·      Handle billing for special orders including custom sizes and finishes.

·      Calculate freight charges, handling fees, and delivery costs for various locations

·      Process billing for packaging materials and logistics services

·      Maintain separate accounts for paper mills, distributors, printing presses, packaging companies, and retail customers

·      Maintain complete billing records including invoices, delivery challans, weighment slips, and payment receipts

·      Resolve disputes related to quality claims, short shipments, or pricing errors

· Provide payment history and account statements to customers
