Business & Accounting Trainer

Job Summary: -

The Business & Accounting Trainer will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-oriented training in Business, Accounting, Finance, Taxation, and Operations. The role involves conducting interactive sessions, practical exercises, case studies, and mentoring learners through projects to develop relevant business and financial skills.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Deliver engaging instructor-led sessions and facilitate interactive learning.
• Conduct practical exercises, simulations, case studies, and tool-based activities.
• Guide learners through business and finance projects, assignments, and presentations.
• Explain complex business and financial concepts through real-world examples.
• Conduct assessments, review learner projects, and provide constructive feedback.
• Provide academic guidance, doubt resolution, and individual learner support.
• Contribute to curriculum, case studies, assignments, and learning resources.
• Create practical learning content such as tutorials, case studies, walkthroughs, and instructional videos.
• Monitor learner progress, attendance, assessments, and overall engagement.
• Participate in academic reviews and contribute to continuous program improvement.

Required Skills: -

• Strong knowledge of Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Business Operations, and Advisory.
• Hands-on experience with Excel, accounting software, financial analysis, and reporting tools.
• Ability to teach through business case studies, simulations, and real-world scenarios.
• Experience mentoring learners through projects, assignments, and business problem-solving.
• Understanding of financial reporting, compliance, and regulatory practices.
• Strong communication, analytical, presentation, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to develop practical learning content, assessments, and case studies.
• ERP/accounting software experience will be an added advantage.

Preferred: -

• Industry experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Operations, Consulting, or Advisory.
• Experience in EdTech, training, mentoring, or project-based learning.
• Relevant professional qualifications/certifications will be an advantage.
