Job Description

  • Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks.
  • Track deadlines, deliverables, and overall task progress.
  • Follow up regularly with team members on pending tasks.
  • Ensure all assigned work is completed within the defined timelines.
  • Maintain daily/weekly task and progress trackers.
  • Coordinate meetings, discussions, and follow-ups between relevant stakeholders.
  • Record meeting minutes, action items, and deadlines.
  • Identify delays, pending tasks, or bottlenecks and escalate them to the concerned manager.
  • Share regular progress updates with management.
  • Ensure proper communication of requirements, instructions, and updates between teams.
  • Maintain project-related documentation and records.
  • Prioritize tasks based on urgency and deadlines.
  • Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow through until completion.
  • Assist managers and team leads with day-to-day project coordination and operational activities.
