Job Description

PayDay Loan Experience is Must

Follow up with customers for overdue loan/EMI payments.

Make calls and send approved payment reminders.

Explain outstanding amounts and repayment options.

Negotiate payment commitments as per company policy.

Maintain records of calls, promises-to-pay and collections.

Coordinate with the collection/credit team.

Ensure recovery is done professionally and within regulatory guidelines.
