Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and responsible candidate who can handle multiple roles including office coordination, social media management, and customer service.
- Key Responsibilities:
Office Assistance:
- Manage day-to-day office operations
- Coordinate with vendors and internal team
- Maintain office files, inventory, and records
Social Media Management:
- Handle Instagram, WhatsApp, and other platforms
- Create and post content (Reels, Posts, Stories)
- Reply to DMs and engage with customers
Customer Service:
- Handle customer queries via call, WhatsApp, and social media
- Process orders and coordinate with dispatch team
- Ensure customer satisfaction and follow-ups
