Position Overview:
The Acquirer role in the Digital Sales Department will be responsible for driving bank/ aggregator/Fintech acquisition, managing key partnerships, and expanding digital payment acceptance across diverse channels. The incumbent will leverage industry expertise to build scalable strategies, foster client relationships, and deliver revenue growth in alignment with Hitachi Payment Services’ vision of enabling seamless digital transactions. The candidate should have a product knowledge(EMI,DCC/UPI etc. and acquiring models(aggregation/Direct).
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Bank / Aggregator Acquisition: Onboard new Aggregators / Fin-techs/Banks across sectors, focusing on digital payment acceptance.
Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand market share in acquiring services.
Partnership Management: Build and nurture relationships with banks, fin-techs, and ecosystem partners.
Revenue Growth: Drive top-line growth by implementing innovative sales strategies and cross-selling solutions and terminals.
Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategy.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with product, operations, and technology teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Compliance & Risk: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal risk management frameworks
Education:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
Certifications in digital payments, fintech, or sales strategy will be an added advantage.
