The Role

You'll be the end-to-end owner of our presence across all platforms — from the moment a product is listed to the moment it reaches the customer's door. Every detail matters. Every deadline counts.

What You'll Own

🛍️ Platform Management Full ownership of our storefronts on Pernia's Pop Up Shop, Ogaan, TataCLiQ Luxury, AZA Fashions, AJIO Luxe and Myntra — maintaining listings, managing updates and ensuring the brand always shows up beautifully.

📦 Order Operations End-to-end order handling — timely dispatch, fulfilment coordination and making sure every order leaves on time, every time. No exceptions.

🗂️ Listing & Cataloguing Accurate, detailed and aesthetic product listings. You understand that great cataloguing is half the sale.

💻 Shopify Basic front-end management — updating banners, homepages and landing pages to reflect campaigns and seasons. You don't need to be a developer, but you need to be comfortable making it look right.

📊 Sales & Revenue Identifying and executing season sales, entering brand promotions and platform campaigns at the right time to drive revenue.

💰 Ad Spend & Sponsored Listings Managing platform ad budgets strategically — knowing when to push spend and when to pull back, with a clear focus on ROI.

📋 Claims & Reconciliation Raising and following up on claims, returns and reconciliations across platforms in a timely manner.

📈 Brand Growth Constantly looking at what's working, what isn't, and bringing ideas to improve our overall marketplace performance — rankings, visibility, conversion.

Who You Are

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing fashion or jewellery brands on Indian luxury/fashion marketplaces
• You've worked on at least 3–4 of the platforms listed above — you know their portals, their teams and their quirks
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven and deeply organised
• You communicate proactively — no one has to chase you for updates
• Someone who takes ownership and works like it's their own brand
