Role Overview

We are looking for a Logistics Executive who can independently handle domestic and international shipments, courier coordination, customer support, NDR management, and logistics-related complaints.

The candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge of Shiprocket, DTDC, DHL, ShipGlobal, and other courier/delivery panels, along with an understanding of international shipping processes and Incoterms.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily domestic and international orders from dispatch to successful delivery.

Handle Shiprocket, DTDC, DHL, ShipGlobal, and other courier/logistics panels.

Track shipments and proactively follow up on delayed or stuck shipments.

Manage NDR (Non-Delivery Report) cases and coordinate with customers/courier partners for successful delivery.

Handle RTO, delayed deliveries, lost/damaged shipments, and delivery exceptions.

Confirm orders with customers through phone/WhatsApp and verify delivery details.

Handle customer queries and complaints related to shipping and delivery.

Raise tickets with courier partners and follow up until complete resolution.

Draft professional email complaints, escalations, and follow-ups with courier companies.

Coordinate with courier partners for domestic and international shipments.

Manage international shipping documentation and shipment requirements.

Understand international shipping terms including DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

Coordinate regarding customs, duties, taxes, delivery exceptions, and international shipment issues.

Maintain accurate shipment and order records.

Update and manage logistics data using MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Coordinate with internal teams for dispatches, returns, replacements, refunds, and customer issues.

Ensure all logistics operations are completed accurately and within timelines.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on knowledge of Shiprocket and courier/delivery panels.

Experience with DTDC and domestic courier operations.

Good understanding of NDR, RTO, shipment tracking, and delivery management.

Excellent Hindi and English communication skills.

Strong customer handling and order confirmation skills.

Good knowledge of ticket raising, complaint handling, and escalation management.

Excellent email writing and professional communication skills.

Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.

Ability to independently manage multiple shipments and logistics issues.

International Logistics – Preferred / Additional Requirement

Knowledge of international shipments is highly preferred, especially:

DHL shipping and DHL logistics panel

ShipGlobal

International shipment tracking and coordination

Customs clearance processes

Duties and taxes

DDP & DDU Incoterms

International shipping documentation

Handling customs delays and international delivery exceptions

Candidates with practical experience handling international e-commerce shipments will be given preference.

Ideal Candidate

We need someone who can take complete ownership of logistics operations, not someone who only tracks shipments.

The candidate should be capable of handling the complete process — order confirmation → dispatch → shipment tracking → NDR → customer communication → courier coordination → complaints/tickets → delivery → RTO/returns, including international shipments wherever required.

Hands-on e-commerce logistics experience is strongly preferred.
