Job Description

HR Recruiter / Recruitment Executive

Location: Janakpuri West, New Delhi

Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 + Incentives

Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate sourcing through job portals, databases & references.
  • Cold calling and candidate screening.
  • Interview scheduling and candidate lineup.
  • Handling walk-in interviews & hiring drives.
  • Candidate follow-ups for interview, selection & joining.
  • Maintaining recruitment trackers and daily reports.
  • Achieving daily/weekly calling, interview & joining targets.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication & convincing skills.
  • Recruitment and candidate handling experience.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and targets.
  • Basic knowledge of job portals & MS Excel.
  • Immediate Joiners preferred.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 + Incentives
