HR Recruiter (Immediate Joiner)

Recruiter cum HR Process CoordinatorExperience: 2–4 years

Industry: Auto Component / Manufacturing preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for shop-floor, technical, sales, and corporate positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, references, consultants, and social media.
• Screen candidates, schedule interviews, coordinate selections, and manage joining formalities.
• Maintain manpower requirements, recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and recruitment requirements.
• Support HR processes including attendance, employee documentation, onboarding, and HR records.
• Ensure timely completion of joining documentation, background verification, and employee files.
• Coordinate with payroll/accounts for employee data, attendance, and salary-related inputs.
• Support implementation and documentation of HR policies, processes, and SOPs.
• Assist in employee engagement, grievance handling, training coordination, and statutory HR documentation.
• Maintain accurate and updated HR MIS and recruitment reports.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS, and recruitment portals
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and HR activities simultaneously
• Proactive, disciplined, and process-oriented approach

Preferred: Candidates with experience in automotive/auto-component manufacturing, plant recruitment, and shop-floor hiring will be preferred.
