Insurance Coordinator – Job DescriptionAbout the Role SR Infotech mein hum ek responsible & organised Insurance Coordinator hire kar rahe hain jo customers, insurance companies aur internal sales team ke beech coordination sambhal sake.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer ki insurance requirements ko samajhna aur suitable policy process karwana.
• Insurance quotations, policy documents, renewals aur endorsements ka coordination.
• Sales/Telecalling team se received customer details ko verify aur update karna.
• Insurance companies ke portals/teams ke saath policy-related coordination.
• Pending policies, payments, documents aur renewals ka regular follow-up.
• Customer ko policy status aur required documents ke regarding timely update dena.
• Daily customer data aur policy records ko properly maintain karna.
• Sales team ko required insurance information aur policy details provide karna.
• Policy issuance ke baad documents ko check karke customer tak properly share karna.
• Any issue/escalation ko identify karke timely resolution ke liye senior/team ko inform karna.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
• Insurance/Telecalling/Back-office experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Motor Insurance is an advantage.
• Computer knowledge required — MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email etc.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible, disciplined and detail-oriented.
• Multiple tasks ko properly manage karne ki ability.
• Freshers with good communication and computer skills can also apply.
